Star athlete Jyothi Yarraji won India's first ever bronze medal in the women's 100m hurdles at the World University Games in China.
India's Jyothi Yarraji improved her own national record as she won a bronze medal.
Yarraji clocked 12.78 seconds, her previous best was 12.82 seconds at the National Open Athletics Championships in Bengaluru last year. Yarraji missed the Paris Olympics qualifying mark of 12.77 seconds by 0.01 seconds.
