  • The Indian men's hockey team defeated Belgium 5-1 in the ongoing FIH Pro League 2022-23 in London.
  • Captain Harmanpreet Singh showed exceptional performance and won India's spectacular victory by wearing a brace.
  • Vivek Sagar Prasad (1st minute), Harmanpreet Singh (20th, 29th minute), Amit Rohidas (28th minute) and Dilpreet Singh (60th minute) scored for India. For Belgium, William Ghislen scored the only goal in the 45th minute. 
  • The Indian team is now second in the points table with 22 points. At the same time, Great Britain is in the first place with 25 points.
