The Indian Army recently carried out Exercise Yudh Kaushal 3.0 in the high-altitude and rugged terrain of the Eastern Himalayas, particularly in Arunachal Pradesh’s Kameng region. Designed to test readiness in extreme weather and difficult terrain, the large-scale exercise highlighted the Army’s growing integration of modern technologies and its preparedness for multi-domain warfare. It was supervised by the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Gajraj Corps, the drills featured drone-based surveillance, real-time target tracking, precision strikes, air-littoral operations, and coordinated manoeuvres across multiple battlefield domains.
