A new generation communication satellite will be launched by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).
The name of this satellite is GSAT-20/ GSAT-N2.
GSAT-20 will be launched for the first time on a SpaceX rocket.
It will be launched by SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket.
New Space India Limited has signed an agreement with SpaceX for this launch.
New Space India Limited is the commercial arm of ISRO.
ISRO is so far capable of delivering payloads up to 4,000 kg to the Geostationary Transfer Orbit.
The weight of GSAT-20 is 4700 kg.
