  • The name of this satellite is GSAT-20/ GSAT-N2.
  • GSAT-20 will be launched for the first time on a SpaceX rocket.
  • It will be launched by SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket.
  • New Space India Limited has signed an agreement with SpaceX for this launch.
  • New Space India Limited is the commercial arm of ISRO.
  • ISRO is so far capable of delivering payloads up to 4,000 kg to the Geostationary Transfer Orbit.
  • The weight of GSAT-20 is 4700 kg.
