  • India collected Rs 1.65 lakh crore Goods and Services Tax (GST) for the month of July 2023, registering growth of 11% from a year earlier
  • The GST collections crossed the Rs. 1.60 lakh crore mark for the fifth time
  • According to the Ministry of Finance the revenues from domestic transactions (including import of services) are 15% higher than the revenues from these sources during the same month last year.
