  • Built at a cost of Rs 30 crore, the National Dolphin Research Center (NDRC) stands on the banks of the Ganges inside the Patna University campus.
  • Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar played a pivotal role in establishing the centre, which is set to be a beacon of excellence.
