Senior IAS officer and CEO of Digital India Corporation Abhishek Singh has been appointed as the CEO of the new National e-Governance Division (NeGD).
The 1995-batch IAS officer from Nagaland cadre will hold the position in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary.
NeGD is an independent business division set up within Media Lab Asia by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology for program management of NeGP.
