  • In the first phase, the State of Assam and the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir have been selected by the Ministry to implement the component of Nari Adalat.
  • This court will be established in 2 districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
  • Nari Adalat will be established in 7 districts of Assam.
  • The Central Government is implementing Mission Shakti Yojana for the safety, security and empowerment of women.
