India has reached 47th position in this index.
India has improved by 72 places compared to the year 2022.
India was ranked 119th in the year 2022.
According to Ookla, India's impressive performance in the mobile internet speed rankings is due to the recently launched 5G services in the country.
United Arab Emirates is at the top position in this index.
Qatar is at second place and Kuwait is at third place.
Norway is in fourth place and Denmark is in fifth place.
Caribbean country Cuba is in last place.
Among India's neighbours, Pakistan is ranked 127th, Sri Lanka 126th, Bangladesh 118th and China 6th.
