  • The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) and Mercedes-Benz India Private Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship in the country's startup ecosystem. 
  • Its aim is to support startups, innovators, and entrepreneurs in achieving technical excellence and promoting social development. 
  • Under this MOU, Mercedes-Benz India will work with DPIIT to support startups by providing access to infrastructure, mentorship, funding, and market connectivity. 
  • This partnership aligns with the Government of India's Startup India initiative, which ensures wider reach and greater participation for emerging innovators and entrepreneurs.
