The Dominica Commonwealth will confer its highest national award, the Dominica Award of Honour, to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in recognition of his contribution to Dominica during the COVID-19 pandemic and his dedication towards strengthening the partnership between India and Dominica.
The President of the State of Dominica honours individuals who have rendered commendable service in the development of the Dominica Commonwealth.
Every President of Dominica is also given this honor.
The award will be presented by Dominica President Sylvanie Burton.
