  • Vervesemi Microelectronics, a startup supported under the Design Linked Incentive (DLI) Scheme and Chips to Startup (C2S) programme, has raised $10 million in a Series A round led by Ashish Kacholia and Unicorn India Ventures, with participation from Roots Ventures, Caperize Fina, and MAIQ Growth Scheme.
  • Founded in 2017, Vervesemi holds over 140 semiconductor IPs, 25 chip variants, 10 patents, and 5 trade secrets, developing chips for BLDC motors, EVs, drones, avionics, space, energy metering, and industrial automation. The company has successfully fabricated several chips, including RISC-V-based motor controllers and data acquisition chips for space applications, demonstrating India’s growing design-led semiconductor capabilities.
