The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced a cash prize of ₹58 crore to honor the team's victory in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
Under the leadership of captain Rohit Sharma, India recorded significant wins against Bangladesh, Pakistan, New Zealand, and Australia before defeating New Zealand in the final.
This amount will be distributed among players, coaching staff, support staff, and the selection committee headed by Ajit Agarkar.
However, the board has not yet clarified how much each individual will receive. Additionally, the ICC also awarded the team ₹20 crore.
