Leh CEC Tashi Gyaltson inaugurated a 3-day First Ladakh Birds Festival in Leh.

Tashi Gyaltson has officially designated the "Black-necked Crane" as the Ladakh State Bird on this occasion.

CEC Tashi, MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal, and Pawan kotwal have released "The Changpa" and "Explorer Tashi meets the Changpa" workbooks for students on the occasion of the first Ladakh Birds Festival.
