Axis Bank has rolled out an initiative called ‘HouseWorkIsWork’ to offer opportunities to such urban educated women who want to rejoin the professional space.
The initiative has been launched as the bank feels that the participation of urban educated women in the workforce is still not at desired levels.
Through HouseWorkIsWork initiative, the bank aims to get these women back to work, by giving them confidence that they are employable, they have skills and they can fit in various job roles in a bank.
