Antim Panghal made history by becoming the first Indian woman wrestler to win back-to-back U20 world titles.
Savita also became a world champion as the Indian women team won the team title for the first time in the history of the sport.
Priya Malik won the 76kg title on 18 August 2023.
Seven wrestlers from India won medals, including three gold medals, one silver, and three bronze.
