Aishwarya Rai Bachchan won the Best Actress (Critics) award for her performance in Ponniyin Selvan: Part 2, which was presented by director Kabir Khan at the South Indian International Film Awards (SIIMA) 2024 ceremony in Dubai.
This award is the biggest and most popular award in the South Film Industry. Just as there is Filmfare and Oscars in Bollywood and Hollywood, there are SIIMA Awards in the South.
