The All India Bank Employees Association (AIBEA) has launched the "Bank Clinic" to offer guidance and assistance to bank customers for grievance redressal in line with RBI guidelines.
The Bank Clinic functions as an advisory service, providing advice on available remedies according to RBI guidelines, without directly resolving the issues.
This initiative operates alongside the traditional Banking Ombudsman process, enhancing the support system for bank customers seeking redressal for their grievances.
