A coalition of 26 nations, dubbed the “coalition of the willing,” has pledged postwar security guarantees to Ukraine, including land, sea and air support to deter future aggression. France and the UK will deploy troops, Germany awaits U.S. clarity, Italy will train forces, while Poland ruled out ground troops. Bulgaria pledged Black Sea naval support. The U.S. role is expected to include air support and sanctions. President Zelenskiy called it a milestone for safeguarding Ukraine’s sovereignty.
