  • Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw will inaugurate NITI Aayog's 'NITI For States' platform, aimed at serving as a Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) for policy and good governance.
  • The platform boasts a comprehensive repository of over 7,500 best practices, 5,000 policy documents, 900+ datasets, and 1,400 data profiles. It covers 10 sectors and two cross-cutting themes, including agriculture, education, health, gender, and climate change.
  • 'NITI for States' aims to facilitate digital transformation in governance by providing government officials with actionable knowledge and insights. It will empower district and block-level functionaries with access to innovative best practices from various states and union territories, thereby enhancing decision-making and governance efficiency.
