Paris Olympics 2024: Hockey India announces 16-member squad, Harmanpreet named captain

  • Harmanpreet Singh has been appointed as the captain of the Indian national men's hockey team for the upcoming Paris Olympics.
  • Hockey India on Wednesday named a 16-member squad for next month's Paris Olympics, with Harmanpreet Singh named captain and Hardik Singh his deputy.
  • Five players are playing for the first time in this team and some senior players from the last Olympics are also included.
