  • Paraguay has become the 100th full member of the International Solar Alliance (ISA), joining the initiative aimed at promoting solar energy deployment globally.
  • Launched in November 2015 during COP21 in Paris, the ISA aims to accelerate the adoption of solar energy worldwide to support climate action efforts.
  • The International Solar Alliance is headquartered in Gurugram, India. Paraguay's ambassador to the ISA is H.E. Mr. Fleming Raul Duarte.
