  • 2020 Tokyo Olympics gold medallist Neeraj Chopra was named the best javelin thrower of 2024 by American magazine Track and Fields News. 
  • He competed in six international events in 2024, winning gold medals in two and silver medals in four.
  • The magazine has been published since 1948 and considers itself the bible of sports. She publishes the World and American rankings every year. Chopra was also at the top spot in the men's javelin throw rankings for 2023.
