  • The Khajuraho Dance Festival 2024 will run from February 20 to 26, which is a week-long event.
  • The festival is being organised in the courtyard of Khajuraho temple, which is located between Chandel-era Kandariya Mahadev temple and Devi Jagdamba temple.
  • The festival will also witness a Kathak Kumbh where over 1,500 artistes will perform and create a world record.
  • During the Khajuraho Dance Festival 2024, artists of major classical dance styles will give their performances, such as Kathak, Odissi, Bharatnatyam, Mohiniyattam, and Kuchipudi.
  • The aim of the festival is to encourage and preserve the dignity of Indian classical dance forms as well as to make art lovers experience their wonders.
