अंतरराष्ट्रीय खुशी दिवस हर साल 20 मार्च को मनाया जाता है, जिसे संयुक्त राष्ट्र (UN) द्वारा 2012 में घोषित किया गया था, जो खुशी को एक स्वस्थ और संतोषजनक जीवन में एक महत्वपूर्ण कारक के रूप में उजागर करता है।
यूएन खुशी को मानवाधिकारों, भलाई और पर्यावरणीय स्थिरता से जोड़ता है, और इसे 17 टिकाऊ विकास लक्ष्यों (एस.डी.जी.) के तहत नीति ढांचों में शामिल करता है।
इस वर्ष के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रसन्नता दिवस का थीम " देखभाल और साझाकरण" है, जैसा कि 2025 की खुशी रिपोर्ट में उजागर किया गया है, जो वैश्विक कल्याण को बढ़ाने में सहानुभूति और समुदाय के महत्व पर जोर देता है।
