Bald eagle officially declared US national bird after 250 years

The Bald Eagle was recently officially declared the national bird of the United States when President Joe Biden signed a law related to this honor on Christmas Eve.
The bald eagle had been featured on the Great Seal of America since 1782, but has now officially received the status of the national bird.
Earlier, this bird was considered a national symbol.
For more than 240 years, the Bald Eagle was considered a symbol of strength in the US and used as a seal, however, now the Bald Eagle has been officially recognized as the country's national bird.
