Wipro Ltd. has signed an agreement to acquire the Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business of HARMAN International, a subsidiary of Samsung, in an all-cash transaction worth $375 million. As part of this deal, over 5,600 DTS employees, including key leadership teams spread across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, will transition to Wipro by December 31, 2025. Following the completion of the acquisition, the DTS division will be merged into Wipro’s Engineering Global Business Line, strengthening its digital engineering capabilities worldwide.
