  • It is being organized by the Union Jal Shakti Ministry.
  • This celebration marks the culmination of the Water Heritage Fortnight.
  • Water Heritage Fortnight was organized from 15 to 30 November.
  • The objective of this program is to increase public awareness towards conservation of water heritage sites.
  • This will create a sense of ownership among the common people, promote tourism as well as renovate such heritage structures.
