The MILAN naval exercise, in its 12th edition, will be held in Visakhapatnam from February 19 to 27, with participation from over 50 countries.
The exercise's theme, "Forging Naval Alliances for a Secure Maritime Future," emphasizes collaboration among navies to enhance security at sea.
The Harbour Phase, from February 19 to 23, will feature various events like the International City Parade and Maritime Tech Expo.
During the Sea Phase, participating navies will engage in drills including air defense, anti-submarine warfare, and gunnery shoots.
MILAN aims to foster friendship, enhance interoperability, and boost readiness among navies to tackle common challenges.
