The 12th National Junior Hockey Tournament started on the 17th at the Artificial Lawn Ground in Kovilpatti.
Uttar Pradesh team won the Champions Trophy with a score of 2 – 0 by defeating Haryana.
Uttar Pradesh team also won the 11th National Junior Hockey Tournament at Kovilpatti last year.
