  • Google Cloud (India) and the Uttar Pradesh government signed a MoU for Gemini-powered and beacon-enabled Uttar Pradesh Open Network for Agriculture, which aims to provide consultancy, credit, mechanisation and market linkages to farmers.
  • The network will use integrated weather stations to provide real-time information on micro-climate and market values, and allow service providers, government agencies, and entrepreneurs to collaborate to create customized solutions for farmers.
