Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched the BharatPole portal at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi, which will facilitate Indian law enforcement agencies to share information in real-time and expedite international police cooperation.
The CBI, as the National Central Bureau for Interpol in India (NCB-New Delhi), facilitates international cooperation in criminal matters in collaboration with various agencies across the country, including law enforcement agencies.
During the event, Amit Shah awarded President's Police Medals and Union Home Minister's Medals to 35 CBI officers and staff, in recognition of their distinguished service and excellence in investigation.
