Union Minister Shri G. Kishan Reddy inaugurated the 5G Use Case Test Lab at CMPDI, Ranchi, to advance the coal sector's digital transformation and facilitate the development of 5G-based applications tailored for the coal industry.
The Ministry of Coal has nominated CMPDI as the Centre of Excellence (COE) for establishing the 5G Use Case Test Lab, recognizing CMPDI’s leadership in innovation and technological advancements in the mining sector.
Minister G. Kishan Reddy unveiled a sculpture made from scrap materials to showcase CMPDI’s commitment to sustainability and recycling, alongside the inauguration of the new corporate logo of CMPDI.
