Presently Dadra Nagar Haveli and Daman Diu are a union territory.
Recently, the organization of the country's first multi-sports games has started in 'Diu'.
This multi-sports games will be organized till 11th January.
The games started at Ghoghla beach in Diu.
Union Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Anurag Thakur inaugurated the games.
A total of eight sports are being organized in this Games.
The closing ceremony of this gamesn will be organized at I.N.S. Khukri Memorial.
Players from more than 20 states and union territories of the country are participating in it.
