  • The Telangana government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Skyroot Aerospace, a Hyderabad-based company specialising in space technology. Chief Minister A. 
  • Revanth Reddy and IT & Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu oversaw the signing of the MoU at the Telangana pavilion at the World Economic Forum (WEF) annual conference 2025.
  • The agreement envisages Skyroot establishing an integrated private rocket manufacturing, integration, and testing facility in Telangana. 
  • This facility is expected to be one of the largest of its kind in the private sector, with Skyroot investing around ₹500 crore in the project.
