  • Rajesh Unni, the founder of the leading ship management company Synergy Marine Group, has been honored with the National Maritime Varuna Award, which is India's highest individual honor in the maritime field. 
  • The award was presented by Shipping Director General (DG Shipping) Shyam Jagannathan during the 62nd National Maritime Day celebration held in Mumbai on April 5, 2025.
