  • The Rajasthan government, led by Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, launched the Industrial Park Promotion Policy 2026 to attract investment, generate jobs, and position the state as a future-ready industrial hub. The policy promotes world-class industrial parks through four flexible models: fully private, hybrid land-sharing, Public-Private Partnership (PPP), and others.
  • It mandates a minimum 50-acre area and 10 industrial units per park for integrated development. Key incentives include 50% reimbursement for Common Effluent Treatment Plants, renewable energy concessions, stamp duty exemptions, and faster approvals via the Raj Nivesh Portal. The initiative aligns with Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat, emphasizing green and sustainable growth.
