Sri Lanka has decided to amend the Minimum Age for Migrant Domestic Workers to 21 years.
At present, Sri Lankan female domestic workers require a minimum age of 25 years to work in Saudi Arabia, 23 years in Middle Eastern Countries, and 21 years in other countries.
The minimum age limit announced as 21 for the rest of the Middle East countries other than Saudi Arabia.
