India’s star batter Smriti Mandhana became the second Indian woman and fourth player globally to score 10,000 international runs in women’s cricket, achieving the feat against Sri Lanka in the fourth T20I at Thiruvananthapuram. She joins Mithali Raj, Suzie Bates, and Charlotte Edwards in the elite list. Mandhana also scored a blazing 80 off 48 balls, helping India post their highest-ever women’s T20I total of 221/2, reinforcing her status as a modern great.
