Vilayat Hussain of J&K won a silver medal in Canoe Slalom Men's Kayak event.
Services continue to dominate the medals tally by grabbing 113 medals, including 51 gold.
Haryana is on second place with 31 gold while Maharashtra is on third with 30 gold.
