Kendriya Vidyalaya, IIT Kharagpur was declared the national winner of the 34th National Youth Parliament Awards in which Union Minister Kiren Rijiju stressed on the importance of parliamentary democracy.
The National Youth Parliament Awards encourage active participation in students to raise awareness of parliamentary democracy and social issues, while PM Shri Schools focus on holistic education and innovative teaching methods.
