Union Home Minister Amit Shah released a book titled 'Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh: Through the Ages' in New Delhi on 2 January 2025.
The book presents the history of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh in seven volumes over a period of over three thousand years.
Each picture in the book has been carefully selected, illustrating the important role of the region in the larger perspective of Indian history. It has been published in both Hindi and English languages.
