The Shilp Samagam Mela 2025 began at Freedom Park, Bengaluru, on 5 September. It will run till 14 September. The event celebrates India’s art, craft, and culture. It is organized by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment with TULIP. The mela has 75 stalls with handicrafts from 13 states. Artisans from SCs, OBCs, and Safai Mitras are participating. Every evening, there are folk dances, music, and storytelling. The mela promotes unity in diversity. It also helps artisans share stories, preserve traditions and reach new audiences.
