Russia has successfully test-launched a Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile.
The missile was fired from a silo at 05:42 hrs IST at the Plesetsk state test cosmodrome in northwest Russia's Arkhangelsk region.
The Sarmat is a new heavy intercontinental ballistic missile
