The Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs has launched the E-Jagriti portal in December 2023.
This portal has been launched on the occasion of National Consumer Rights Day.
This portal was launched by Union Consumer Affairs Minister Piyush Goyal.
This portal has been designed to further improve the customer experience.
Apart from this, National Consumer Helpline 2.0 was also released.
