This conference was inaugurated by Arunachal Pradesh Governor K.T. Paranayaka.
This conference serves as a platform to contribute towards building 'Ek Bharat: Shrestha Bharat'.
In this many states with diverse cultures participate in peace and harmony through various programs.
The theme of this conference was 'Developed Youth, Developed India'.
