On April 7, 2025, the Punjab Government inaugurated infrastructure projects worth ₹2,000 crore across government schools in the state.
The Punjab Education Revolution initiative aims to transform all 20,000 government schools in Punjab.
This move is intended to boost the education sector in the state.
