  • In January 2024, Punjab has mapped all the accident-prone areas of the state in the navigation system.
  • Punjab has become the first state in the country to do so.
  • All accident-prone areas of the state have been uploaded on the navigation system Maples App.
  • This initiative is part of the 'Road Safety Force' initiative of the Punjab Government.

  • Passengers will get this alert even before the black spot is 100 meters away.
