Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the Madhav Netralaya Premium Center in Nagpur, which will be built at a cost of ₹517 crore.
The 250-bed hospital will have 14 OPDs and 14 modular operation theaters, providing affordable eye care facilities to the poor and needy.
Madhav Netralaya was established in memory of Madhav Sadashivrao Golwalkar (Guruji), the second Sarsanghchalak of the RSS.
